1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, socks, clearance sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

• Ship the product to our return address.

• Once approved, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
