1. Eligibility for Return

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, socks, clearance sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Email us at support@quickimperial.com with your order details.

Ship the product to our return address.

Once approved, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
